Welcome to le collective. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Certain products such as innerwear, beauty products, customized items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item received

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24  hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Pickup

If return pickup service is available in your area:

  • Our logistics partner will collect the item from your address.

If pickup is unavailable:

  • Customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed for approved defective/wrong-item returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Earrings and certain accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
