  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
  • Across India: 4–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders or promotional campaigns.
  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery or remote service areas.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message with tracking details.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected pin codes and order values.
  • Le Collective reserves the right to limit or refuse COD for certain orders.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Natural disasters or courier disruptions
  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and products for verification.

We will assist with a replacement, exchange, or resolution as applicable.
